The Employee Assistance Program’s objective is to assist employers in establishing the Employee Wellness Program and supporting them in managing risk behaviour in the workplace. In this regard, Naledi Ya Africa works closely with management by training them in identifying dysfunctional behaviour, interpreting and referring, and finally treatment of such behaviour.

The counselling services can be provided in-house, this is when professionals are placed in the premises and provide counselling for employees. There can be referrals to professional’s private premises where employees can consult.
