Ntsiki is a registered
Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of SA.
Her career as a Psychologist started in 2000 where she
worked in different communities including Soweto and Katlehong
townships. She continued to work at Trauma Clinic of the
Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation where
she provided trauma counselling for victims of violence
and trauma.
Ntsiki is presently the
Director of a skills development organisation, Naledi
Ya Africa Skills Development Program which is providing
skills development for communities, government organisation
and cooperates. She facilitates and develops training
manuals on HIV/AIDS, Basic Counselling Skills, Stress
Management etc. She has trained professionals in areas
of her expertise. She is one of the accredited facilitators
in Leadership Programme accredited by the University of
the Orange Free State which conducts training for leaders
in the cooperate world. Ntsiki has presented her expertise
on television, radio, and has presented papers in conference
and seminars. She has also been visiting lecturer for
Medical students and Industrial Psychologists at the University
of Witwatersrand.
Ntsiki is a co-founder
of Copes - SA (Community Prevention and Empowerment Strategy),
a Child Abuse centre based in Soweto. She is also serving
on the board of the Natalspruit Hospital.
She was an educator
for five years in the Eastern Cape and Gauteng. She also
works in private practice where conducts assessment, on
career choice, development and emotional assessment and
conducts research in her field.
