Naledi Ya Africa is a South African Skills Development Company that provides high quality Training and Development and Employee Assistance Program services, such as counseling, Voluntary Counselling and Testing for HIV and other related services, and Trauma Counselling Debriefings. It was founded and registered in 2004 as a CC by Nontsikelelo Masilo, a Registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

Its customers are Small, Medium and Big business, Government Departments, Municipalities and NGO’S and NPO's. The company's primary objectives are drawn from its motto "Knowledge is Peace". It believes in the fact that where everyone has knowledge there will be peace. The company's primary objectives are to provide quality training and employee wellness programmes. It intends to sustain bonds with the clients.
